We are private individuals who have been residing in Le Plessis-Robinson for over 25 years and rent out our accommodation directly, without any intermediaries.
We take the utmost care of this property which is regularly occupied by our family and friends.

A €500 security deposit will be required before entering the apartment to encourage guests to take care of the property.
In the current context, the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment are our top priorities. We have taken the following measures:

- Systematic ventilation
- Washing of household linens at 60°C
- Provision of hand sanitizer
- Automated entry available upon request (although we prefer to hand over the keys in person)
